The Waterwise Model 4000 is lightweight and portable for easy traveling. Also suitable for a one or two person household. It will make one gallon of purified distilled water in about 4 hours. Automatically shuts off when one gallon is made. Includes a carbon prefilter and postfilter as well as a polycarbonate bottle reservoir. The boiler and condensing coils are made of stainless steel. This is an excellent choice if you need to purify bacteriologically unsafe water or water with a very high mineral content. Replacement Parts: Change the carbon prefilter - Carbon KX-1-10 (15-CB-1-10) - annually. Change the carbon postfilter as needed.
