Custom Pure's Response to the Covid-19 Crisis

WATER Customers...

We encourage you to fill your bottles at any of the PCC stores as well as Sno-Isle Co-op (Everett)  and Central Co-op (Capital Hill and Tacoma).  

If you are in the high risk group for Covid-19, you may fill your bottles at our Shoreline store, by appointment only.  Appointments are limited to Mon., Tues., Thurs., Friday and Sat. from 12:00-3:30.

Our staff at our Shoreline location will be focusing on providing safe service for high risk water customers, for  essential businesses and safe curbside service for water filter customers.

FUTURE FILTER Customers...   

If you think you might be ready to go ahead and get your own Custom Pure filter, look at the MB Series for a filter that produces the same type of water you get at our dispensers.  During the Covid crisis we can't do the installation for you, but here are the installation instructions, if you are the DIY type.

CURRENT FILTER Customers... 

If you have our water filter and it is due for service, you have several options. For the DIY folks, we have a video that shows you how to service your own filter

DIY Options:

Request to have the replacement filters sent to you via UPS.

Request an appointment for curbside service at our store. Appointments available Mon-Fri.

Shortly after your call, we will email your invoice. 
You prepay the invoice online.
When you arrive, leave filter outside and alert us you have arrived.
We will retrieve your filter and do the exchange while you wait in your car.

Can't DIY?

Call and ask to be put on the wait list. When it is safe and legal to return to servicing in people's homes, we will call you to schedule an appointment. We do not know when this will be.

If your MB Series monitor registers red or greater than 5, alter the tubing to take the resin tank off line.  See our service filter video .  Fast forward to 3 min 5 sec and you'll see how to take the tank off line.  Just keep the filter in this bypass arrangement until the filter can be serviced at a later date.

We plan to have limited staff at the office Monday through Friday at irregular hours. If you get the voice mail, please leave a message – we will return your call.
