Custom Pure's Response to the Covid-19 Crisis

We are providing ALL our services BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Appointments reduce your waiting time,

makes social distancing easier and keeps everyone healthier.  

                           If a service technician is visiting your home, please respect their wellbeing and wear a mask.                                                             Our service technicians have the right to refuse service to anyone refusing to wear a mask.

WATER Customers...

We encourage you to fill your bottles at any of the PCC stores as well as Sno-Isle Co-op (Everett)  and Central Co-op (Capital Hill and Tacoma).  

If you are in the high risk group for Covid-19, you may fill your bottles at our Shoreline store.  Appointments are limited to Monday thru Saturday 12 to 4 pm.

 

FUTURE FILTER Customers...   

If you think you might be ready to go ahead and get your own Custom Pure filter, look at the MB Series for a filter that produces the same type of water you get at our dispensers.  You can find installation instructions, if you are the DIY type.  If you would like to come in and talk to someone about which filter is right for you, just call us to make an appointment.

CURRENT FILTER Customers... 

If you have our water filter and it is due for service, you have several options. For the DIY folks, we have a video that shows you how to service your own filter

DIY Options:

Request to have the replacement filters sent to you via UPS.

Request an appointment for in-store service. Appointments available Mon. thru Sat.

          Call (206)-363-0039 to schedule a time to come by the store.                                                                        One individual or family group may enter the store for filter service and to submit payment.                      By default, in-store service appointments are scheduled in 30 minute blocks.

Request an appointment for curbside service at our store. Appointments available Mon thru Sat.

Shortly after your call, we will email your invoice. 
You prepay the invoice online.
When you arrive, leave filter outside and alert us you have arrived.
We will retrieve your filter and do the exchange while you wait in your car.

Please be on time for your appointments. If you are late to your appointment you may have to wait for another customer who was on time, or you may be turned away and asked to reschedule.

Can't DIY?

We were not able to get to people's homes during the shut down.  Consequently we have quite a back log on our service schedule.  Call us ASAP to schedule an appointment.
